Who Is Flow Natural Health and Healing?

Flow Natural Health and Healing  was created by Lou –  a double degree – qualified naturopath with ten years experience in clinical practice. It is a place where I bring together my naturopathic skill set and my strong desire to help women feel their very best. It is no secret that hormonal conditions in women are on the rise. I have made it my mission to help my clients feel heard and supported whilst also helping hem achieve their health goals and thrive.

My Naturopathic Approach

My treatment programs focus on evidence- based herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, food as medicine and mindset transformation. My approach involves getting to the root cause of your health conditions, and rather than masking symptoms, my therapeutic prescriptions lead to deep and long term health transformations. I have a special interest in fertility and pregnancy, digestive complaints such as IBS and food intolerances and stress and anxiety conditions. I believe that food as medicine is a cornerstone of great health and you can find some of my amazing therapeutic recipes on this site.
